A brazen robbery has rocked Ramsgate after a young boy was attacked and robbed in a local park. Now, police are hunting for witnesses to crack the case.
Violent Theft at Coleman Crescent Recreation Ground
It happened at around 11:30 a.m. on Monday, August 1, 2022. A teenager hanging out with friends in the Coleman Crescent recreation ground was suddenly struck over the head. The thug made off with the boy’s cash and glasses. The victim required medical treatment following the violent incident.
Suspect on the Run: Police Describe Young Thief
Officers say the suspect is a small chap, about 4 feet tall, and roughly 12 to 13 years old. Witnesses report he was wearing black shorts and a black Hoodrich tee-shirt, and fled the scene on a red bike.
