Taxi Driver Assaulted and Robbed in Wilderness Hill

A taxi driver was attacked and robbed in Wilderness Hill on the evening of Thursday 17 March 2022. The shocking incident unfolded around 8.30pm when two male passengers turned violent.

Two Men Attack Driver, Steal Cash

After the assault, the victim left the taxi to seek help. It was then reported that cash was stolen from the vehicle. Police say the offenders made off on foot.

Suspect Descriptions

  • Offender 1: White male, 30s, bald, wearing a dark blue top and navy jogging bottoms.
  • Offender 2: White male, 30s, wearing glasses, bright coloured shorts, and a white T-shirt.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

Kent Police are urgently investigating the robbery. They want anyone who saw the attack or has dashcam or CCTV footage from Wilderness Hill around the time to come forward.
