Sussex Police are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have dashcam footage showing the black Toyota Prius or the police pursuit to come forward to assist with their investigation.

A spokesperson said: “We’re keen to speak with anyone who may have seen the vehicle during the chase or captured relevant footage that could help us understand the full circumstances of this dangerous incident.”
