Mum’s Car Erupts on M3 – Public Heroes Step In!
Rosie Howell’s family trip turned into a nightmare when their car burst into flames on the M3 between junctions 5 and 6. Thankfully, quick-thinking members of the public rushed to their aid, helping douse the fire and comforting the family before the emergency services arrived.
Rosie Desperate to Find Five Good Samaritans
The mum of one is now on a mission to track down the strangers who saved her and her children. She said:
“I need to find the people who helped me this morning on the M3 motorway after my car burst into flames. The man who came to my rescue when I was trying to get my kids out safely and away from the car. The man who let us sit in his van. The ambulance driver named James who sat with us and entertained my son for me. Richard and his daughter who let us sit in their car for over an hour and even took us home!”
