Van Crashes Into Wincheap Railway Bridge, Causes Train Delays
A brand-new van slammed into the Wincheap railway bridge this afternoon, sparking chaos on the rails. The van, being transported on a low-loader, hit the bridge so hard it was knocked off and tumbled onto the road below.
Bridge Inspected, Train Services Resume
Emergency crews swiftly inspected the bridge for damage. Thankfully, the structure is safe, and train services are back on track after the brief disruption.
