Woman Rushed to Hospital After Serious Crash Shuts West London Roads

A woman has been rushed to hospital after a crash in West London this afternoon. Multiple emergency units, including the 123 crew, a fast response car with a medic, and an incident response officer, raced to the scene. London’s Air Ambulance was also called in to provide urgent assistance.
She was treated on-site before being transported to a major trauma centre for further care.
A406 North Circular Blocked, Traffic Chaos Ensues
The crash forced the closure of the A406 North Circular in both directions. This has sparked heavy traffic jams, especially around Acton and Ealing, as motorists face long delays and diversions.
The road has been shut for over an hour, with traffic being rerouted to ease congestion.
