Three-Year-Old Girl Falls From Third Floor in Southsea
Emergency crews rushed to Mulberry House tonight after a three-year-old girl plummeted from a third-floor flat at the busy junction of Bedford Street and St James’ Road in Southsea. Police have cordoned off the area beneath the flats and remain at the scene.
Eyewitnesses: Girl Lands Beside Two Teen Boys
Witnesses report the little girl landed close to two 13-year-old boys. Fortunately, she regained consciousness and was responsive at the scene. Paramedics quickly whisked her to hospital where urgent medical checks are underway.
Serious Investigation Underway
Police are now probing the cause of the fall. Detective Inspector Dan Voller said: “Our priority is Trinity’s safety and well-being as her family are deeply worried.”
Police Issue Appeal for Missing Teen ‘Trinity’
In a separate update, police have issued an urgent appeal regarding a missing girl named Trinity. DI Voller added:
“We thank everyone who responded to our appeal. We believe she may still be in the Meon Valley area. If you’ve seen someone matching Trinity’s description, especially camping in woodland or approaching people recently, please get in touch.”
Trinity’s Description:
- White female, around 5’4″ tall
- Slim build
- Brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes
- Last seen wearing burgundy dungaree top, thin black t-shirt, black fluffy pyjama bottoms, burgundy sweatshirt with logo, black and white pumps
- May be carrying a black throw or blanket
