A cyclist was left reeling after being struck by a hit-and-run driver on the Isle of Wight this Saturday afternoon.
White Nissan Flees Scene After Crash
The incident happened just after 4pm on Brooke-Copse Road and Palmer Road, Wootton. A white Nissan smashed into the man but sped off without stopping.
Paramedics Rush Victim to Hospital
Paramedics swiftly treated the cyclist at the scene before rushing him to St Mary’s Hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are not believed to be serious.
