Blaze Breaks Out in Canning Town Home
Three fire crews and a command unit rushed to tackle a fierce blaze in Canning Town late Saturday night.
Person Reported Missing as Flames Rage
Firefighters were called to Chadwin Road just after 11.15pm, where a property was well alight and a person was reported unaccounted for. Fire crews geared up in breathing apparatus and deployed a hose reel to battle the flames from inside.
Emergency Services Team Up on Scene
Paramedics from the London Ambulance Service and the specialist HART team also arrived to provide urgent medical support. Several people were checked at the scene, though more details are yet to come.
