Late on Sunday night, a blazing inferno engulfed a £1.8 million Bromley mansion, leaving it completely destroyed. Emergency services rushed to the scene with six fire engines and around 40 firefighters who battled fiercely as flames tore through the property and the roof.
Owner Safe But Investigation Underway
The elderly homeowner was not at the house when the fire broke out and thankfully, no injuries have been reported. Orchard Road remains closed to traffic while firefighters douse remaining hotspots and secure the area.
