Man Wanted by Police after Smashing Betting Shop Window in Southampton
Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to after the door of a betting shop was smashed in Southampton. Officers were called to Corals in Bitterne Road, Bitterne, after a man spat on one of the machines and then slammed the door several times, smashing the glass. The incident happened between 2.30pm and 3.10pm on August 5. PC David Wright said: “Do you know this man? We would like to speak to him as he may have information that could assist with our investigation. “We would also like to hear from anyone who was in the shop around this time or saw anyone acting suspiciously in the area.” Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call PC Wright on 101, quoting 44160334222, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
