A new image shows Abdelali sauntering down Grange Road SE1 at 5:24am, heading towards Surrey Quays. He sports longer hair, a patterned shirt, and long trousers in the footage.
Officers note his unusual ‘slanted’ walk – tilting his head left with his left arm swinging distinctly.
Public Asked to Scan Dashcams and Doorbell Cameras
Police urge locals to review doorbell and dashcam footage to help track where Abdelali was heading.
He suffers from dementia and multiple medical conditions, which may affect his mobility and communication. He could appear confused or disoriented.
