Urgent Search Underway for Distressed Man in Yorkshire
Yorkshire Ambulance Service received a worrying call just before midday today (Wednesday, 2 November) about a man in distress.
A member of the public spotted the man looking disoriented with visible wrist injuries. He was last seen walking down a footpath off Bog 1 Lane, heading towards the canal.
Who Is the Missing Man?
- White male, late 30s
- Around 5ft 8ins tall
- Bald or with short, light hair
- Wearing a blue hoody and blue denim jeans
- Carrying a wallet or similar item
Police Appeal for Information
Despite ongoing searches, no one matching the man’s description has been found. Police want anyone who has seen him, or the man himself, to get in touch to confirm he is safe.
“Officers would urge this man to make contact with the police to confirm he is safe and well,” said a spokesperson.
