One man was heroically rescued via a ground floor window amid the chaos. He was rushed to hospital by the London Ambulance Service for urgent care.

Fire Under Control Within the Hour

The fire seriously damaged part of the ground floor but was brought under control by 5.23pm. Crews from Hornsey, Holloway, and Tottenham stations joined the firefight.
