Deadly Crash at M1 Junction 3
Police rushed to the scene just before 6.50pm on Tuesday, 28 February, following reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian near the southbound entry slip road at junction 3 of the M1.
Young Woman Pronounced Dead at Scene
Emergency services arrived promptly, but despite their efforts, the 18-year-old woman was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation Ongoing, No Arrests Yet
Her family have been informed and are receiving support from specialist officers. Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash. No arrests have been made so far.
