An urgent appeal has gone out after a grandfather disappeared from St Thomas’ Hospital in London shortly after heart surgery. The missing man, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, was last seen heading towards Waterloo train station, sparking a frantic search across the capital.

Family’s Heartbreaking Plea

Dana Freeman, his granddaughter, made a desperate call on social media:

“We are absolutely devastated and currently walking the streets of London searching. Please, if you are in the area, keep an eye out.”

With Alzheimer’s and recent surgery, the family fears for his safety as he is unfamiliar with the area and was due to be discharged today.
