Police in Brighton are hunting for a gang of youths who smashed up a car on Friday afternoon. The vehicle, parked near Pope’s Folly in Moulsecoomb, was pelted with rocks and bottles, leaving shattered windows and battered bodywork in its wake.

The car’s owner, a trainee paramedic, was left devastated after hearing the vehicle was deemed a total write-off. The attack caused significant damage, wiping out the car completely.
