Police Find Bones at Fawkham Cottage in Search for Missing Woman
Police swarmed a cottage in Valley Road, Fawkham, Kent, on Thursday after workers digging a new road uncovered human remains. The search team hunting for missing Sarah Welgreen spent most of the day at the site.
Site Linked to Past Disappearance
The bones were found near old pig pens, the same area linked to another woman who vanished years ago. A source revealed the discovery happened during roadworks this morning.
Bones Discovered with Coat, But No Suspicious Circumstances
Kent Police were called to the building site at 12:15pm after the bones were spotted. The spot is close to where Sarah Welgreen was last seen. The remains were reportedly found with a coat.
By 4:15pm, police confirmed after investigations that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the find.
