Detectives investigating a car colliding with a group of people during an altercation in Battersea have made another arrest

Detectives investigating a car colliding with a group of people during an altercation in Battersea have made another arrest. https:///www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJRrtZLOhNg The 26-year-old man was arrested on the afternoon of Monday, 15 July on suspicion of GBH with intent after voluntarily attending a police station. He has been taken to police custody where he remains for questioning. Officers were called to Lombard Road, SW11 at 11.30pm on Saturday, 13 July to reports of a fight in progress. https:///www.<a class="wpil_keyword_link" href="https:///uknip.co.uk/news/uk/news/uk/tag/youtube/" title="youtube" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked" data-wpil-monitor-id="104653">youtube</a>.com/watch?v=O8TMpbkACnI It was also reported that a car had collided with a group of people during the altercation. London Ambulance Service attended and four people were taken to hospital for treatment. One man, believed aged in his 20s, suffered a broken leg; his condition is not life threatening. A second man, also believed aged in his 20s, suffered a head injury; his condition is described as stable. The other two people are not thought to be seriously injured. A number of other people were treated for minor injuries at scene. A total of five males – aged from 22 to 31 – were arrested at the scene on suspicion of affray and taken into custody. All have since been released on bail. Enquiries continue to identify and locate the driver of the car who had fled the scene prior to police arrival. It is thought the altercation began after a group of people had exited a nearby hotel.
