Man charged with murder of Gosport woman following fire
Detectives investigating the death of a woman in Gosport have today (Sunday 4 August) charged a man with her murder. The body of Kelly-Ann Case, 27, of Grange Crescent, Gosport, was found by firefighters following a fire at her home on Tuesday 30 July. Brendan Nicholas Rowan-Davies, 28, of Haslar Road, Gosport, has been charged with her murder. He is due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on Monday 5 August. Three other men were arrested in connection with this investigation. A 32-year-old man from Gosport was released from custody but remains under investigation. A 26-year-old man of no fixed abode and a 28-year-old man from Gosport have been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
