Terror suspect Usman Khan to be buried in Pakistan

Usman Khan killed two innocent people in last week’s terror attack on London Bridge, before being shot to death by armed Police. Khan family confirm that his body was flown back to Pakistan last night, having been released by the City of London coroner, and has been received by his friends and family. Islamabad Airport officials have confirmed that the 28 year olds body had been flown out via passenger plane and arrived Friday morning. His family plan to bury him in his home village in Kashmir and request privacy at this time. Reports suggest that a Muslim pre-burial ritual called a Janaza took place in a Birmingham mosque shortly before the body was flown to Pakistan. This is a funeral prayer to prepare for the burial of the deceased, in which the family or other members of the Muslim community will clean and shroud the deceased’s body.
