Blaze Breaks Out at Industrial Unit on Isle of Sheppey
Firefighters raced to an industrial unit on Rushenden Road, Queenborough, Isle of Sheppey, after smoke was spotted just after 3pm on Wednesday.
Flames Rage Through Vehicles and Fuel Containers
The crew battled tough conditions to douse a fierce fire that engulfed vehicles, gas cylinders, and fuel oil containers stored inside the premises. Main jets, high-pressure hoses, and a height vehicle were all deployed, with compressed air foam used to smother the flames.
No Injuries as Fire Cause Remains a Mystery
Thankfully, no one was hurt in the blaze. The cause of the fire is currently unknown and remains under investigation.
