“Lucille was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who spent her working years as a cook at Bromford Care Home in West Bromwich,” the family said. “Born in Jamaica, she moved to the UK in her early 20s and made Rowley Regis her home. She will be dearly missed.”
