An 85-year-old grandmother was fatally mauled in a shocking dog attack in her own backyard on Boundary Avenue. The brutal assault happened yesterday afternoon, leaving the community stunned.

“Lucille was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who spent her working years as a cook at Bromford Care Home in West Bromwich,” the family said. “Born in Jamaica, she moved to the UK in her early 20s and made Rowley Regis her home. She will be dearly missed.”
