Tragic Scene at River Drive: Boy Dies Despite Life-Saving Efforts
Emergency services rushed to River Drive at 6.35pm on Friday after a serious incident left a young boy critically injured.

- Midlands Air Ambulances from Cosford and Staffordshire scrambled
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival, crews found a boy who had suffered very serious injuries. Staff worked on him providing advanced life support, but sadly, despite all of the efforts it was not possible to save him and he was confirmed dead at the scene.”
Second Injured Man Not Attended by Paramedics
Reports mention a man was also injured during the incident, but ambulance staff did not treat him at the scene.
