Two Victims Lost on the M26
Butler is accused of causing the deaths of David Boaler and Reece Watson by driving dangerously in a mechanically propelled vehicle—specifically an LDV Maxus—on the motorway. Both charges fall under Section 1 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
