Born in Ballarat, Victoria, Maxine made waves on the small screen from the late 1970s. She quickly became a household name with her breakout role as Bobbie Mitchell in the cult classic series Prisoner (1979-1986). Her portrayal of a rebellious teenage punk captivated viewers and cemented her place in Australian TV history.
