Andrew Tate and Brother Tristan Locked Down for Another Month!
House Arrest Extended for Tate Brothers
The Bucharest Tribunal slapped Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan with another 30 days under house arrest on Friday, April 21. This means the controversial social media star and his sibling must remain confined to their land for the foreseeable future.
Others in the Same Boat
The court imposed the same restrictions on two other suspects involved in the case. All four are stuck in a legal limbo, forbidden from stepping outside their properties as the investigation drags on.
Judgement Can Still Be Challenged
The ruling isn’t set in stone. According to News.ro, the decision can be appealed, so there’s still room for the Tates to fight back legally.
Long Battle with Serious Charges
The drama began back in December 2022 when the brothers were first detained and jailed. Their detention was extended multiple times until March 2023, when the Bucharest Court of Appeal moved them from prison to house arrest.
Andrew and Tristan face serious allegations of running a criminal gang, human trafficking, and rape. Both have consistently denied all charges, standing firm against the accusations.
