Wiltshire Police has issued CCTV images of two individuals they wish to speak to in connection with a serious assault that occurred in Old Town Swindon on Friday evening, April 26th.
The incident unfolded outside the Old Town Kebab House on High Street, Old Town, just before 7 p.m. A 50-year-old male was assaulted, sustaining severe injuries after being punched to the head. The force of the blow rendered him unconscious, necessitating medical treatment for his injuries.
Thankfully, the victim has since been discharged from the hospital after receiving treatment.
Detectives investigating the case are urgently appealing for anyone who may recognize the two individuals depicted in the CCTV images to come forward with information. The assistance of the public is crucial in advancing the investigation and bringing those responsible for the assault to justice.
