Cher Maximen, 32, a mother enjoying the festivities with her child, was brutally stabbed during the carnival. Cher was immediately taken to hospital in critical condition but sadly died from her injuries this morning.
Tourist Fatally Attacked in Queensway
In a separate attack on Monday evening, Mussie Imnetu, 41, a tourist from Dubai, was found unconscious with a severe head injury in the Queensway area. Despite hospital treatment, he succumbed to his injuries, adding to the carnage of the weekend.
