Man Charged After Brutal Early Morning Hotel Attack

Lee Guyett, 37, from Rectory Close, Bracknell, has been hit with serious charges. On Monday (12/10), police charged him with assault with intent to commit robbery, possession of an offensive weapon, and theft from a person.

Violent Incident at Coppid Beach Hotel

The charges stem from a savage attack early Saturday (10/10) at about 4am at the Coppid Beach Hotel in Bracknell. A man in his thirties was assaulted and robbed during the incident.

Custody and Court Date Set

Guyett is now remanded in custody. He is set to appear before Reading Crown Court on 16 November 2020 to face the charges.
