Flasher on Southampton High Street Strikes Three Times
A man exposed himself three times to a woman near Dolphin House on Southampton High Street at around 3.15pm yesterday (24 March).
Chased Flower Seller Sparks Police Appeal
The flasher also chased an unknown man, believed to be a flower seller. Police are keen to speak with this man as he might have phone footage that could help the investigation.
Suspect Arrested but Released on Bail
A 25-year-old man with no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency. He has since been released on police bail.
