Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate a 25-year-old man, Regan Phillips, who was reported missing from Strood late Friday night, 18 October 2024.

Regan was last seen at approximately 11:15 pm on Commercial Road, heading in the direction of the A2. Authorities believe he may have been making his way towards Hoo.

Regan is described as a white male, around 5ft 7ins tall, with short brown hair and a ‘goatee’ style stubble. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a long-sleeved navy blue shirt, dark grey trousers, and brown shoes.

Officers are increasingly concerned for his welfare and are urging anyone who may have seen Regan or has information on his whereabouts to come forward.
