Hounslow Horror: Elderly Pedestrian Hit Outside Pub

Detectives hunt witnesses after a serious crash in Hounslow involving a car and a 73-year-old pedestrian.

Crash Rocks Brentford Near The Beehive

Police were called just before 11pm on Friday, 27 December after reports of a collision on Half Acre, near the High Street junction in Brentford. The smash happened right outside The Beehive pub.

Victim Rushed to Hospital, Injuries Not Life-Threatening

The pedestrian, aged 73, was rushed to a south London hospital by ambulance. Thankfully, doctors say his injuries are not life-threatening. His family has been informed.

Driver Stopped, No Arrests Yet

The driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating with police. No arrests have been made so far.

Police Seek Witnesses and Dash Cam Footage

Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command want to hear from anyone who saw the crash or caught it on camera.
