Tragedy in Hayes: Four-Year-Old Boy Killed in Hit-and-Run
Police are hunting for witnesses and dash-cam footage after a horrific collision on Uxbridge Road, Hayes.
Shock Crash on Uxbridge Road
Officers were called at 6.57pm on Sunday, 11 October, following reports of a car hitting a pedestrian.
The victim was just a four-year-old boy.
Paramedics and London’s Air Ambulance rushed to the scene. The youngster was treated on-site before being rushed to a central London hospital.
Despite heroic efforts, the boy tragically died in the early hours of Monday, 12 October.
Ongoing Investigation: Driver Co-operating
The driver stayed at the scene and is helping police with inquiries.
No arrests have been made yet as detectives continue to piece together the full circumstances.
The boy’s family have been informed and are being supported.
