Investigation Underway After Woman Dies at Windsor House, Whitstable

Kent Police have launched a major crime investigation after a woman was found seriously injured at Windsor House in Whitstable. Sadly, she died at the scene.

Serious Incident in Belmont Road

Officers responded swiftly to a report of a woman in critical condition at an address on Belmont Road on Tuesday morning, 28 April 2020, at 11:25am. Despite emergency efforts, the woman’s injuries proved fatal.

Forensic Teams Work the Scene

The rear garden of the flats has been cordoned off as crime scene investigators in white suits comb through the area. Photographs and samples have been taken from the grass where the incident is believed to have occurred.

Emergency Services Responded

  • Kent Fire and Rescue Service were called to help gain entry to the property.
  • Secamb paramedics also attended the scene to provide urgent medical care.

A Kent Police spokesman said: “Kent Police is currently attending an address in Belmont Road, Whitstable, following a report that a woman was seriously injured.”

The investigation remains ongoing as officers work to establish the full circumstances around this tragic death.
