Midnight Blaze Sparks Evacuation at Hampshire Block
A fire erupted at 3:45am on November 8 at a block of flats on the corner of St Peter’s Road and Charles Street. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but residents were forced out of their homes as Hampshire Fire & Rescue rushed to the scene.
Police Hunt Witnesses After Fire
Investigators believe the fire started inside one of the flats. A 54-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the blaze. Police want to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything.
