Man in His 30s Dies After Brutal Attack in Norfolk

Police were called to Bulrush Avenue just before 8pm on Sunday after a disturbance. They found a man with serious head injuries and performed CPR while waiting for paramedics. Despite their efforts, the man, in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two Arrested on Suspicion of Murder

A 47-year-old man was arrested at the property. Hours later, police arrested a 22-year-old suspect on Paradise Road. Both are in custody at King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre and will be questioned about the killing.

Police Launch Murder Investigation

A cordon remains in place as detectives work to piece together what happened. Detective Chief Superintendent Kate Thacker said:

“A number of police resources were sent to the scene. The two suspects in custody will be questioned in due course.” “A murder investigation has been launched to establish the full circumstances and what led to the man’s death. Those involved are known to one another.” “We urge anyone with information to come forward.” “This is sadly the second murder investigation in Norfolk this weekend. These incidents are not connected.” “We understand the community’s shock and have committed significant resources to both investigations.”
