Three Men Nabbed with Suspected Stolen Goods Near Detling
Three men were arrested after police caught them red-handed with suspected stolen property near Detling in the early hours.
Ford Transit Van Stop Leads to Big Haul
Just after 4am on Monday 6 April 2020, officers on patrol spotted a Ford Transit van speeding along the A249 towards Sheerness. Suspicious of their activity, the police pulled the vehicle over.
Inside the van, officers uncovered a stash of catalytic converters and boiler units believed to be stolen, along with balaclavas and cutting tools.
Suspects in Custody as Investigation Continues
- Two men, aged 24 and 30, from Sittingbourne.
- One 22-year-old man with no fixed address.
All three were arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft, and possession of burglary tools. They remain in custody while police dig deeper into the case.
