Crash near Meadow Way shocks local community
Just after 6.50pm on Saturday, July 10, a 10-year-old girl was struck by a yellow Audi S1 on Watling Street, close to the Meadow Way junction.
Man in 50s arrested at scene
The young pedestrian was rushed to a London hospital and remains in a critical condition. Police quickly arrested a man in his 50s at the scene, who is now in custody as officers probe the incident.
Police hunt witnesses with dashcam or CCTV
