County Drug Boss Jailed Over Cocaine, Heroin and Crack Supply

Nicco Dojon Pascal, 28, from Craneshill Drive, Bicester, has been slapped with a 7-year, 3-month prison sentence at Oxford Crown Court. He admitted to running a drug empire dealing cocaine, crack cocaine, and heroin across West Oxfordshire.

Operation Junior Cracks Down on County Line Crime

The offences took place between April and September 2020. Pascal also pleaded guilty to escaping lawful custody after a dramatic police stop in Chipping Norton on 13 August 2020.

Detective Inspector Aidan Donohoe revealed the scale of the investigation. “The Cherwell and West Oxfordshire Tasking Team, backed by the Metropolitan Police, targeted a county drug line active in West Oxfordshire. This operation, codenamed Operation Junior, began in June 2020.”

“Pascal controlled the London-based drug line supplying dangerous Class A drugs to local communities.”

When officers stopped Pascal in a vehicle at 2.45pm on 13 August, he pushed a police constable to the floor and snatched back his seized mobile phone before fleeing. The officer suffered a head injury that needed hospital treatment.

Police Praise Public Help and Call for More Tips

Pascal was caught in November 2020 at a property in Bicester and charged with drug offences and later with escaping custody.

“Pascal’s conviction has hit county lines hard in Oxfordshire,” said DI Donohoe. “County line criminals like him exploit vulnerable people and hide outside target areas to avoid arrest. We’re committed to busting these gangs through joint operations and community intelligence.”

“This was a cowardly attack on an officer and shows the lengths offenders will go to evade justice.”

“Thanks to members of the public who helped the officer at the scene. We urge anyone with drug dealing info to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”

Thames Valley Police are continuing their Stronghold campaign to tackle organised crime and protect vulnerable communities from drug line exploitation.
