Stalker Jailed for Threats, Hacking, and Assault in Sickening Campaign
Relentless Harassment and Abuse
Matthew Stuart, 35, relentlessly bombarded his victim with messages and calls. When that failed to stop her, he threatened to kick down her front door and assault her.
Despicable Cyber and Physical Attacks
Stuart didn’t stop there. He hacked into the woman’s Facebook account and sent explicit images she did not want. He spat in her face and hurled chunks of concrete at her home’s window.
Justice Served at Nottingham Crown Court
Facing the law, Stuart admitted to harassment and pleaded guilty to stalking that caused serious alarm and distress, along with common assault. The court sentenced him to 18 months behind bars.
He was also slapped with a restraining order banning any contact with his victim.
