Railway drug dealer who ran ‘Levi’ county line busted and jailed for 45 months
Caught red-handed at London Waterloo
Robert Conna Crozier, 24, from Crawley, has been locked up for nearly four years for running a heroin and cocaine supply line using the railway network. The British Transport Police (BTP) swooped on him at London Waterloo station in December 2021 as part of their crackdown on county lines drug gangs.
Officers from BTP’s County Lines Taskforce spotted Crozier using a burner phone. Despite letting him continue his journey, detectives quickly launched an investigation into the phone’s messages. They uncovered mass texts pushing drugs with lines like “4 for 20 Levi” and “new and better don’t miss out,” linking him to the notorious ‘Levi’ county line.

Police vow to keep railway safe
Detective Superintendent Gareth Williams said: “Our dedicated teams patrol the railway every day to intercept drug suppliers like Crozier, who use it to peddle their harmful commodities between locations.
“We can pop up anywhere on the network, in uniform or plain clothes, constantly varying our tactics, including the use of drug detection 1 and behaviour detection experts.
“Whether you see us or not, we’re on trains and at stations across the UK tackling drug supply wherever it occurs, keeping vulnerable people safe and putting offenders behind bars.”
