Kent Police Crack Down on Cannabis Conspiracy
Ylber Perhati, 38, has been charged with conspiring to produce a Class B drug following a major police operation. The Rainham man appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court on 1 October and has been remanded in custody. He is due back at maidstone/" title="Maidstone" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Maidstone Crown Court on 29 October.
Major Raids Across South East and London
On 12 August, Kent Police executed warrants across Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone, and Sheerness. Backup came from Hertfordshire Constabulary, Avon and Somerset Police, and the Met Police, leading to further searches in Bristol, Essex, Hertfordshire, and London.
Eleven Men Charged in Cannabis Supply Ring
Alongside Perhati’s charge, 11 men have been charged with conspiring to supply cannabis. They include:

- Ndue Paluca, 29, Sheerness
- Klevis Prenga, 31, no fixed address
- David Toal, 49, London Colney, Hertfordshire
- Dashmair Disha, 34, no fixed address
- Drilon Disha, 36, no fixed address
- Fation Perhati, 28, Rainham, East London
- Doris Perhati, 24, Maidstone
- Brooklyn Selita, 18, Harrow, Greater London
- Kejvi Leba, 20, Watton-at-Stone
- Adrian Toma, 23, no fixed address
They are set to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 11 December. Dashmair Disha, David Toal, and Ndue Paluca have been granted bail. The rest remain behind bars.
