Aylesford Woman Caught Stealing Over £4,500 From Employer
Amber Sellens, 23, of New Road, Aylesford, was slapped with justice at Sevenoaks Magistrates’ Court on 10 January 2022.
Multiple Thefts Over Two Months
Sellens admitted to five counts of theft by employee, stealing thousands between January and March 2021 in Sevenoaks:
- £1,000 on 26 January 2021
- £1,079 on 1 March 2021
- £681 on 2 March 2021
- £894 on 3 March 2021
- £937 on 5 March 2021
Unpaid Work Order and Compensation
Judge ordered Sellens to complete 180 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. On top, she must pay £1,890 in compensation, a £95 surcharge, and £85 in costs.
Justice served for the seven grand swiped from her employer.
