Man Charged After Shocking Early Morning Assault and Indecent Exposure
Grim Incident in Maidstone
John Donoghue, 32, from High Street, Maidstone, faces serious charges following a disturbing incident in the early hours of Saturday, 31 July 2021. He allegedly indecently exposed himself before sexually assaulting a woman.
Assaults on Emergency Workers
Donoghue is also accused of attacking two security guards and a health care worker while the chaos unfolded.
Court Date Set
The accused has been charged with sexual assault, indecent exposure, and three counts of assaulting emergency services personnel. He remains in custody and is due to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 2 August 2021.
