The floating bridge is getting a tough makeover! Routine checks revealed four guide wheels need beefing up with hard-wearing steel replacements to boost performance and durability.
When and Where: Bridge Shutdown Details
The bridge will be out of service for the upgrades on two nights this week:
- Wednesday 10 January – 7pm to 10.30pm
- Thursday 11 January – 7pm to 10.30pm
Don’t Panic! Replacement Service Ready to Roll
Foot passengers can still cross thanks to the replacement launch service running both evenings until 10.30pm.
