Four Charged Over Massive £22m Pension Scam

Detectives have charged two men and two women in a massive pension fraud that duped 275 victims out of more than £22 million.

Who’s in the Dock?

  • Rikki Nicholls, 55, from Linthurst Newtown, Bromsgrove: charged with conspiracy to defraud, fraud by misrepresentation, and money laundering.
  • Mark Kelly, 49, of Maplewood Road, Wilmslow: facing the same charges as Nicholls.
  • Sharon Nicholls, 56, also from Linthurst Newtown, Bromsgrove: charged with money laundering.
  • Angela Kelly, 53, from Maplewood Road, Wilmslow: charged with money laundering.

All four are set to appear at City of London Magistrates Court on Monday, 17 August. The fraud involves a staggering £22 million stolen from pension funds, leaving hundreds of victims out of pocket.
