From Apprentice to Star Chef
Tom’s rise began at 17 with an apprenticeship at London’s 1 Kingsway College. Over seven years, he sharpened his skills in Michelin-starred and AA Rosette kitchens. Now at Camellia, a prestigious three-AA Rosette restaurant, Tom continues to impress alongside his chef parents at South Lodge Hotel.
