Man Shot in the Stomach at Enfield Toby Carvery

A man was blasted in the stomach outside the Toby Carvery in Enfield on Sunday evening. Emergency services rushed to the scene just after 7pm following reports of gunfire and a violent argument.

Gunman Flees After Shooting

Armed officers swarmed the area, launching a search to track down the shooter who fled the scene. Police say the victim, believed to be in his 50s, was found with a suspected gunshot wound and was treated by paramedics before being rushed to hospital. His condition is currently being assessed.

Investigation Underway – No Arrests Yet

A Met Police spokesperson confirmed:

“Police were called by London Ambulance Service at 7.15pm to Whitewebbs Lane, Enfield, after a man was found with a suspected gunshot injury to his stomach. At this stage, there have been no arrests. Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. Any witnesses or those with information are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 7351/5 July.”
