A motorcyclist in his 30s has died after crashing into a tree in Gosport this Sunday afternoon. The horror smash happened just after 2pm on March 30 on Ford Road.
Emergency services raced to the scene, but the rider, a local man from Gosport, was sadly pronounced dead on the spot.
Police Launch Urgent Appeal for Witnesses
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary confirmed the biker’s next of kin have been informed. Officers are now desperate for anyone with information to come forward to aid their investigation.
“We were called at 2.05pm to reports of a motorcycle colliding with a tree on Ford Road. Tragically, the rider, a man in his 30s from Gosport, died at the scene. We’re appealing for witnesses to come forward,” a police spokesperson said.
